Please find below the Terms & Conditions for the Women’s Day Everyday Campaign at Phoenix Citadel Mall:
Validity : Women’s Day Everyday offers will be valid from 8th March 2026 to 31st March 2026.
1. The programme is being launched under the name of "Women's Day Every Day" (hereinafter referred to as “Campaign”) which is being organized at Phoenix Citadel Mall, Indore by Insight Mall Developers Private Limited (hereinafter referred to as "IMDPL") from 8th March 2026 to 31st March 2026.
2. Under this Campaign, Women Customer can avail the Woman’s Exclusive Card on shopping of Rs. 3,500 (single invoice) from Phoenix Citadel, Indore.
3. One customer can claim only one card during the Campaign.
4. To receive the Woman’s Exclusive Card, Customers must download the Phoenix Nhance Application. The card will be handed over through Phoenix Nhance App only.
5. The membership to Women’s Day Everyday Campaign and its benefits are offered at the sole discretion of IMDPL to eligible participants.
6. Scheme / Campaign is applicable only at participating stores at Phoenix Citadel Mall, Indore.
7. Offer redemption is based on the dates and terms and conditions mentioned with each individual offers.
8. IMDPL will not be responsible for any dispute between the store and the card holder.
9. The nature, quantum, frequency, method, timing and hierarchy of the offer under the Campaign are entirely at the discretion of IMDPL and its mall management and are not guaranteed or available to the card holder as a matter of right.
10. IMDPL may vary the rewards and benefits from time to time without any prior information to the card holder.

14. The terms and conditions of the Women’s Day Every Day Campaign shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India and the courts in Indore, India shall have exclusive jurisdiction to settle any dispute which may arise in connection with the terms and conditions.
15. IMDPL reserves the right to alter / vary / change / modify / amend any or all the terms and conditions of this Campaign without prior intimation and this Campaign is subject to the compliance of rules and regulations formed by IMDPL from time to time and the same shall be final and binding upon the card holder.
16. IMDPL disclaims all or any liability for inaccurate information, whether caused by the website, social media users, or by human or technical errors related to the Campaign.
17. All employees of all retailers, employees of IMDPL and their associated companies, all the employees and agencies associated with the Women’s Day Everyday Campaign / scheme or their immediate family members are not eligible to participate in the above Campaign, The existence of the dispute, if any, shall not constitute a claim against the IMDPL.
18. The rewards, scheme and Campaign can be withdrawn at any point of time and operations are at the sole discretion of IMDPL without any prior intimation.
19. Redemption voucher dispersal is at the sole discretion of IMDPL and subject to availability and valid till stocks last.
20. By entering the Campaign, the members agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions which are governed by IMDPL.
21. As part of our endeavour to provide valuable information and offers to card holder, IMDPL may develop SMS lists or mailing lists for use by themselves and their programme associates. These lists are developed under strict supervision and in compliance to applicable statutory regulations, so as to safeguard the privacy of the member's information.
22. Each cardholder's personal information may be disclosed to governmental or regulatory bodies if the same is required under any law, rule or regulation or in response to a valid order of a court or authorized agency of the government or other legal process.
23. IMDPL shall not be responsible for any late, misdirected, lost or unsuccessful efforts to notify the card holder, as a consequence of telephone or internet service delays, interruptions, failures or overloads and Shall in no event be responsible for any act, omission, failure or delay arising from, but not limited to, acts Of god, riots, acts of terrorism, labour or industrial dispute, strike or any other cause beyond the reasonable control of the IMDPL.
24. IMDPL shall not be liable for any claims whatsoever, for goods and services including other responsibilities of the participating store such as offer/return/refund/exchange etc. from where the goods have been purchased or services availed.
25. IMDPL shall not be liable and responsible for quality, return, refund, exchange or any other claims related to goods and services purchased or redeemed at participating store through this Campaign.
26. By using the card at any of the participating store, it is deemed the card holder has read, understood and agreed to the above terms & conditions.
